Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates
We offer flat shipping rates based on your order value. If your order is below $45, shipping is $11.99. Orders below $95 are charged $17.99, and orders below $175 are $24.99. Orders above $175 qualify for free shipping across all 50 U.S. states.
Delivery Time
Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days after shipment. Times may vary depending on the carrier and factors outside our control.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to track your package.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Moroccan Market is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is not received, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
